A rust free Arizona barn find after 15 years, this pretty little Italian found its way to the UK in 2020 to be restored by Merlin Grace Classic Cars. It has the legendary Lampredi (ex Ferrari) designed Fiat Twin Cam engine (upgraded to the 1756cc unit by the previous owner who also swapped the tail lights to the later CS versions) coupled with the 5 speed manual gearbox and discs all round. Full nut and bolt restoration just completed in 2021 including a return to the original colour of Periwinkle Blue. Handing is improved with new shocks, bearings (wheels and propshaft) Powerflex polybushes all round and the custom built S/S exhaust by Double SS sounds great! A Full interior retrim with new seat bases/foam/custom made OEM spec seat covers plus door cards & carpet in cream plus a rebuilt dashboard with light veneer wood and new period correct two spoke wooden steering wheel make the cockpit like new. A new canvas hood & cover have been fitted along with new Windscreen & chrome frame. The rare and period correct Cromadora alloys with hubcaps were sourced and shod with 5x new tyres. Weber twin choke Carb has been tuned and inspected by an independent specialist the car comes with an engineers report and this rare Spider is MOT and Tax Free! MOT will be provided if required for peace of mind and V5 is applied for as currently on US title docs with Nova certificate.
