This is a wonderful Fresh import Eddie Bauer Explorer, being from Japan the car of course benefits from being in a very good overall condition and of course a wonderfully clean underside.

The owner had been interested in the American trucks for a while and started to look earlier this year for the best example he could find. One of the owners oldest friends in Japan and his old business partner was a massive US car fan and had owned pretty much everything over the years, including an Astro, Navigator and currently an Expedition.

The car is packed full of features as you would expect from a luxury SUV including cruise control, high and low mode 4×4, sunroof, electric folding mirrors, heated and power leather seats, heated mirrors, flat folding rear seats, plus a lot more.

The car has just had a UK MOT and received advisories on the tyres due to age, not tread. Aside from that it has a clean bill of health, with the car having received a full service at the same time, along with new brake pads and a fluid flush / change.

The car has been used and it’s a wonderful place to be, with a large sunroof allowing streams of sunlight into the large airy cabin.

The car has a UK stereo fitted that takes memory sticks for sat nav /  music / video etc. There is a Japanese service history and of course the export certificate that all warrant the crazy low mileage.

This car was clearly someones pride and joy in Japan and is now here to be enjoyed by us. The car is being reluctantly sold by the owner due to a big house move / building project.

The owner has been importing / exporting since 1997 and for around a decade lived in Japan running one of the largest car export companies – at the time.

There is a copy of the Japanese export certificate which warrants the mileage (do not buy an import without this!) and the HMRC documents showing UK taxes have been paid along with an MOT and V5.
