1976 [April] Triumph TR6. Straight 6 Cylinder 2500 c.c. Manual with Overdrive. Soft Top & Hardtop – Originally exported from new to California USA, this British built 6 cylinder sports car recrossed the Atlantic in 2016 and was subjected to a body off, back to bare metal, no expense spared, retro’mod restoration in Andalucia, Spain as commissioned by its current owner.

With absolute minimal use since completion, in every way this TR6 presents ‘as new’ and is being offered for sale only as a result of the owners failing health. The vehicle has fully refurbished and or renewed factory original mechanical components such as engine, gearbox, suspension and chassis, … together with new paintwork, new walnut dashboard and door cappings, …. and a bespoke full leather interior.  Furthermore the vehicle has a new mohair soft top, a new matching hood cover and is to be supplied with an a ‘Custom’ hardtop [as yet unrestored].

 

The vehicle is currently being stored in a control environment ‘classic car’ storage facility some ten minutes from Granada International Airport, Andalucia, Spain. A comprehensive photographic / documented record exists of the all of the refurbishment work undertaken.
